We are a charity that is keen to pioneer and use innovation to see young people come to Jesus. We want to raise up children and young people to fulfill their God-given purposes and to cheer on those who are called to be entrepreneurial and faith-filled leaders.

As the P.A and Operational Support Assistance Administrator to the CEO, you will use your skills to work alongside our wider team. This will be a varied role where you will help us deliver on our mission to strengthen local youth and children’s leaders, bring cities together in missional activities, and create innovative youth and children’s resources.

How to apply

We would like you to complete two stages in the initial application. This will include a written application and a short video.

Application form

Please complete the application form using the person specification to outline how you match the criteria for the role. Please include varied examples so that we can get a good understanding of your experience to date and why you feel you are the right candidate for the job.

Video

It is really important for us to capture your heart, faith in Jesus, and the energy of who you are and what you would uniquely bring to this role. We would like you to film a video of no more than 3-5 minutes long where you answer the following two questions:

  • Why is operational management, administration and communication important for a charity like Missional Generation?
  • What can you uniquely bring to the work and rhythm of Missional Generation team?

We suggest you use we transfer to pass your video onto us. As this video is only 3-5 minutes long, please don’t feel you need to give a long intro on who you are, you can go straight into answering the questions.

Following the submission of your application, we will shortlist all possible applicants and notify you about interview date.
